Billa is an arranger of high profile parties and events. He arranges a 31st New Year night party and invites all his friends who are from high society, film industry and politics. His friends are selfish and will do anything which favors them. The party goes on until midnight and suddenly there is a scream of a girl. What has happened at the party?
