synopsis

An independent feature documentary that follows four Chicago based artists as they reveal how they dance the line between artistic passion and the need for commerce.

The idea of passion versus commerce is seen through the eyes of four very distinct artists. Each character has a unique drive and artistic conviction that sometimes vastly contrasts the trades they use to support themselves financially. They need to eat and pay rent, like we all do, but how does one make a living and still keep their identity as a true artist?
