synopsis

In the wake of her grandmother’s death, Simone has returned home from studying in Boston. Blurred by grief and disconnected from life, she enlists as a volunteer at her grandmother’s palliative care home and falls back into a casual relationship with her ex-boyfriend. Reluctant to commit to him or take hold of her future, her relationships with the terminally ill patients of the home force Simone to re-assess her life.
