synopsis

The story is about a married boss of a company who is a philander. He takes liking for a girl. One of his employees is Madhavan and the boss seeks his help to liaise with the girl. Madhavan's assignment is to create situations where his boss and the girl can get to know each other well. As it so happens, Madhavan himself falls in love with the girl.
