synopsis

In 2007, the drug trade is booming. The Malaysian "Intelligence and Anti-Narcotic Department" is called upon for assistance by their Indian counterparts. There are rumours that a drug gang has recently moved its headquarters to Kuala Lumpur. The Indian team is headed by the DSP who wants to break the back of the operations of a powerful drug lord. He believes that capturing the drug lord's dangerous and elusive lieutenant, Billa, will be the most effective way of accomplishing this. Billa's gang consist of Narang and Anita. During a chase with the police Billa is critically injured and is captured by the DSP. However, he keeps it a secret that he has captured Billa, even from his fellow officers, as he plans to use a look-alike called Jeeva, a lowly singer to infiltrate Billa's gang. However when both Billa and the DSP die, Jeeva is forced to run, pursued by both the police and Billa's Gang. But is Billa really dead? And, was the DSP all he seemed to be?
