synopsis

A young Italian-American doctor is unjustly stripped of his medical license. Low on money and out of options, he is lured by his brother, a small time crook, into the unpredictable and sometimes absurd world of petty crime. After several failed attempts, he makes one last desperate grab at success, using all of his wit and intelligence, and finally emerges victorious.
