synopsis

It's celebration time for the Chopra family in suburban London, and this middle-class British-Indian family has lots to celebrate. Not only is their son Jimi set to graduate medical school, he's to marry Simran, his arranged bride fresh from India. She's perfect in the eyes of the family, but the trouble is that Jack is Jimi's true love. Jimi has been living in the closet for years. . .and the door is suddenly stretching very thin.
