synopsis
Santhosh and Santhosini, both doctors in love, work together on finding a cure for AIDS. With the help of Dr. Sanmugarayan, they conduct medical camps in villages. However, Ganesh, the son of the village head, harbors one-sided feelings for Santhosini. When Santhosini contracts AIDS, she blames Santhosh, but later donates her blood to save him in an accident. Dr. Sanmugarayan discovers that HIV cannot infect Santhosh's body. In the end, Santhosh and Santhosini reconcile and work together to raise awareness about HIV.
