synopsis

A rape and murder suspect died in the interrogation room due to being beaten by the crowd earlier, with a second suspect eluding capture. The team of police who were responsible for the case were imprisoned as a result. After their release, the team, led by their captain, Mr. Cheng, sets out to track down the surviving culprit.
