When the seemingly perfect family moves in next door, Ambrosia, a.k.a. Amber discovers her new neighbors are being controlled by their foster daughter named SIN, who is a teenage vampire, determined to prey on the high school drama club. When Amber's suspicions are confirmed she and her best friend Beth team up with the strange horror obsessed Neila to discover Amber's Vampire Killer past and expose Sin to stop her from devouring the school, her father Roy and the entire neighborhood.
