synopsis

Prerna, a rural teenage girl comes of age when Jessica, a British-Indian introduces skateboards to a remote village and builds one of India's largest community skateparks in Rajasthan, but Prerna has to fight against all odds to follow her dreams of being a skater and compete in the national championship. A plank of wood on four wheels gives a girl wings to fly and the courage to dream. DESERT DOLPHIN, an international sports-drama is India's first narrative feature on skateboarding.
