synopsis
Thirumalai (Vijay) who falls in love with Swetha (Jyothika),as she bumps into him on New Year`s Eve. But her wealthy father (Avinash) shall not accept a mechanic for his son-in-law. So he pairs up with a contract killer Arasu (Manoj.K.Jayan) and both attempt to kill Thirumalai. Whether they succeed or Thirumalai wins his love, forms the rest of the story.
