The Greatest Honor (NR)

synopsis

"The Greatest Honor" is a documentary film about one son's last chance to understand the combat experience of his father, and the bond with the men he served with in "C" Company of the 260th Infantry Regiment of the 65th Infantry Division. Of the more than 16 million people who served in World War II, less than 1 million are alive today. The U.S. Veterans Administration says we lose approximately 492 World War 2 veterans every day. The goal of the film is to reinforce how important it is to ask questions of our "Greatest Generation" before it is too late, and these stories are lost forever.
