synopsis

This film captures the lives of the members of the Boran family in Freiburg, Germany, which is marked by a deep sense of un-fulfillment and failure. Silently and worn down by a depressing atmosphere in the house, they live alongside one another without interacting. Until one day a big change sets the family into motion and the unimaginable happens. A dogma-style Kurdish feature film by the director Chepo Gevez.
