The Blue of the Sky (Lo azul del cielo) (NR)

synopsis

Camilo is a member of the middle class in Medellin, Colombia. After serving in the army, he returns home to make a new life for himself. His relationship with his family is conflicted, and finally they give him an ultimatum: find a job or move out. His soccer coach Berri offers him an opportunity to make some money. This opportunity is morally objectionable, but he accepts, involving himself in an uncomfortable and illegal situation. Camilo meets SOL, a girl studying at the local university, and they fall in love. Eager to shed the ghosts of his past, Camilo forges a new identity for himself but someone returns from his past, threatening to reveal his true identity to SOL. Can Camilo fight of his ghosts and keep his new life on track?
