Panam Padaithavan (NR)

synopsis

The movie revolves around two brothers, Raja and Balu who are accomplished sportsmen. During a championship, Raja meets Shanti and it is love at first sight for the two. At the same time, the brothers also meet Rama and Uma, two sisters along with their affluent father. Balu instantly falls for Uma. However, all attempts made by Rama to impress and seduce Raja fail as he is totally smitten by Shanti. Since Raja turns down Rama's marriage proposal, the father of the two sisters does not allow Balu and Uma to get married as he wants his daughters to get married to two brothers. Will Raja give up on his own happiness for the sake of his brother forms the crux of the story.
